Pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects for conditions such as varicose edema and superficial thrombophlebitis
This medication is primarily used to relieve inflammation-related pain from conditions caused by varicose veins, superficial thrombophlebitis, trauma, and exercise-induced bruising and tendinitis. It alleviates pain and swelling associated with these symptoms, improving patient discomfort.
Apply a thin layer to the wound or infected area 1 time a day and lightly massage the skin.
This medication should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to salicylates or pregnant women within 4 weeks of their due date. Additionally, it should not be applied to mucous membranes or open wounds, and individuals allergic to the components of this medication should not use it. Prolonged use on extensive skin areas should be avoided in infants and children, and patients with poor renal function should exercise caution as this medication can be absorbed extensively through the skin, increasing the risk of toxicity. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should also refrain from long-term use on large areas, and breastfeeding women should not apply this medication to the breast area. If dermatitis or contact allergy symptoms occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, caution is needed as elevated salicylic acid levels can lead to symptoms such as hearing impairment, nosebleeds, nausea, vomiting, itching, and skin dryness. This medication must be used according to specified dosages and instructions, and parental supervision is necessary when used in children. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, consult a specialist. Applying on large areas at high concentrations can increase the toxicity of other medications or exacerbate hypoglycemic symptoms, so caution is warranted. Moreover, this medication should only be used externally and should not be ingested. Avoid contact with the eyes, and if it does come into contact, wash immediately with clean water and seek ophthalmological care if symptoms are severe. Avoid applying it to overly large areas during use. When storing this medication, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Transferring the medication from its original container to another can lead to misuse or degradation of quality, so it must be stored in the original container.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication may increase the risk of bleeding when used in conjunction with other anticoagulants (e.g., coumarin, aspirin, dipyridamole, dextran, streptokinase, etc.), so it should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. The storage temperature should be kept at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
