Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as daily intake of more than 5,000 IU of Vitamin A may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Contains iron, so overdose in children under 6 years may be fatal due to poisoning; keep out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a cause of unexplained systemic inflammation), and kidney disease should not take this medication. Those allergic to any ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with Wilson's disease, and diseases where iron deposits in the liver or pancreas due to iron metabolism disorders should avoid use. Patients with lactose intolerance or hereditary glucose-galactose absorption disorders should not take this medication. Avoid taking phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa during this medication. Consult a specialist before use if receiving treatment from a doctor or have a history of specific kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, heart or liver disease, diabetes, gout, or kidney stones, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. If you experience nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, low blood pressure, or arrhythmia during use, stop taking immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use may cause side effects such as nerve damage, peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hypercalcemia, so caution is needed. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, and since Vitamin A is sufficiently provided in the diet, the supplemental dose should not exceed 5,000 IU. This may affect urinalysis results; it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Store out of reach of children, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
