Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
Children aged 12 years and older and adults: Dosage should be adjusted according to the patient's level of pain and treatment response. The recommended initial dose is 4 tablets, and thereafter, the interval between doses should be at least 6 hours, with a maximum of 16 tablets per day. Administer the lowest effective dose for as short a duration as possible. Avoid prolonged use beyond necessity and conduct regular monitoring to assess the need for continued use of this medication due to the nature and severity of the illness.

Additionally, the main ingredient, tramadol, may increase the risk of seizures if taken in excess of the recommended dosage. Caution is necessary when combining tramadol with certain antidepressants or other narcotic pain relievers, as it may increase the risk of seizures; consult a doctor before combining. This medication may rarely cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis; report any unusual symptoms to medical personnel immediately. Patients with acute or severe bronchial asthma are at risk of respiratory depression when taking this medication; administration should occur in a medically equipped environment. When taken with central nervous system depressants or alcohol, it may cause severe sedation or respiratory depression; extreme caution is needed when combining. Caution is required in patients with elevated intracranial pressure or head injuries, as symptoms may worsen with this medication. This medication may cause psychological and physical dependence; therefore, the duration and dosage should be adjusted according to a doctor's instructions during prolonged use. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function should consult a doctor before taking this medication, especially if there is a high risk of liver damage. This medication should not be given to children under 12 years of age or to adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. Patients with sleep apnea or hypoxia should be closely monitored, as their symptoms may worsen after taking this medication. This medication can cause hypotonic hyponatremia, so elderly patients or those with relevant risk factors should regularly check their serum sodium levels. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and do not take it concurrently with other tramadol or acetaminophen-containing medications. Sudden discontinuation during treatment can lead to withdrawal symptoms, so dosage should be gradually reduced according to a doctor's instructions. Caution is required, as drowsiness or dizziness may occur during driving or machinery operation. Overdose may lead to severe respiratory depression, seizures, or liver damage, requiring immediate medical attention in emergencies. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and caution should be exercised to prevent misuse or abuse.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, mucosal pain in the mouth/eyes, severe abnormal skin reactions, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough+fever, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), extreme lethargy, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and severe reactions.
