Relief of muscle tension in conditions such as neuralgia, myalgia, etc.
This medication is used for various conditions accompanied by abnormal muscle tension, including neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, low back pain, pain from sprains, shoulder stiffness, muscle cramps, and muscle rigidity.
Take 2 tablets per dose, up to 4 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. Adjust dose appropriately according to age and symptoms.
This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use for individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol daily. This is because taking this medication while consuming a lot of alcohol may pose a risk of liver damage. Additionally, this medication contains acetaminophen, and taking it with other acetaminophen-containing drugs may exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, which can result in liver damage. Therefore, it should not be taken with other medications that contain acetaminophen. This medication is safest for individuals who do not have allergies to chlorzoxazone or acetaminophen. Individuals with severe liver or kidney impairment, and those with a history of allergies should use this medication with caution. If symptoms of allergy such as hives, skin redness, or itching occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a physician should be consulted. Rarely, skin rash, petechiae, change in urine color may occur, and in severe cases, serious allergic reactions such as angioedema or anaphylaxis may occur. This medication may affect liver function, so it should be discontinued if there are symptoms indicating liver dysfunction. Gastrointestinal disturbances or, rarely, gastrointestinal bleeding may occur, so caution is advised. Additionally, neurological symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache, lethargy, and excessive excitability may occur, requiring caution while driving or operating machinery. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication only when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety is not certain. Finally, when taking this medication with alcohol or central nervous system depressants, side effects may be exacerbated, so extra caution is warranted.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. The storage temperature should be maintained at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
