The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug contained in this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, so patients with a history of heart disease or stroke or with risk factors should be closely monitored. This medication may cause serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, and special caution should be exercised for the elderly and patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Severe allergic reactions or dermatitis may occur, so if symptoms such as skin rash or mucosal damage appear, discontinue use immediately. It may affect kidney function, so patients with kidney disease or those taking diuretics or blood pressure medications should have regular kidney function tests. This medication should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and women planning to conceive should avoid taking it. Due to interactions with other medications, particularly anticoagulants, lithium, methotrexate, diuretics, and blood pressure medications, consultation with a doctor is essential when taking this medication alongside them. For elderly patients, it should be administered with caution, starting with the minimum dose due to weakened kidney, liver, and heart functions, and monitoring for side effects is necessary.
