The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E included in this medication are suitable for those experiencing physical fatigue or for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, physical weakness during or after illness, and in old age. In particular, vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate) is helpful in relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (e.g., lower back pain, shoulder stiffness), and it is also effective in preventing beriberi and alleviating eye fatigue. These vitamins provide positive effects on maintaining and recovering the body's health. Therefore, this medication is useful in alleviating physical fatigue and certain physical symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

The adult dose is 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any ingredients contained in this drug. Additionally, infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. Do not take this medication while concurrently taking levodopa. Individuals receiving treatment from a physician or with the condition known as hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, and premature or young children should consult with a specialist before taking this medication. People with gout or kidney stones should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, or oral inflammation occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. This medication can lead to changes in menstrual cycles or prolonged bleeding, so caution is advised. For those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis, the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E, so caution is necessary. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance of the medication. Taking vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) in doses exceeding 500 mg per day for a prolonged period can lead to neurological disorders. Patients with folic acid deficiency taking vitamin B12 in higher doses may experience adverse blood reactions. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after more than a month of use, consult a specialist immediately. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. This medication may affect the results of blood sugar tests during urinalysis. Additionally, the urine may change to a yellow color, which can affect the results of clinical tests. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers and ensure correct usage.
