Vitamin E is especially important in old age and helps alleviate symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in hands and feet caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. It is also used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For ages 12 and older: 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic or have shown hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to use other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women currently receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, and patients with gastrointestinal diseases or heart and circulatory diseases or with poor kidney function, as well as those with low protein levels, should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. This medication contains the dye Sunset Yellow (E110), which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes or red spots, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system issues, hair loss, or vomiting occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Furthermore, if menstrual cycles become shorter or bleeding lasts longer than usual, consult a doctor immediately. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as the use of vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Overdose may lead to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, edema, or decreased heart function, so it is vital to adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen. Additionally, when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, potassium levels in the blood may increase, so caution is needed. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. It is advised to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green or black tea, during or immediately before/after taking this medication, and patients with lipid metabolism abnormalities should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept sealed in a cool, dry place. For quality maintenance, do not transfer to other containers.

Mild side effects
