This medication provides vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, C and zinc, which are needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, decreased physical strength during illness and recovery, growth periods, and in old age. Vitamin D helps improve bone and tooth growth disorders and prevents rickets. Vitamin B1 alleviates symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and improves eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 assist in alleviating symptoms of skin conditions such as inflammation around the lips, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Zinc is also provided to support overall health. Therefore, this medication is used to restore physical strength and alleviate various discomforts through the provision of various vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

12 years and older: 1 tablet at a time, once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with high calcium levels in the blood, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. In addition, those who have allergic reactions to this medication, babies under 12 months old, and patients with kidney stones or severe renal failure should not take it. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should avoid it. During treatment, it is crucial not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or drugs such as levodopa. Patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with cardiac and circulatory disorders, kidney impairment, hypoproteinemia, users of cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, cardiac arrhythmia, or central nervous system dysfunction occur while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a medical professional. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and certain vitamins may cause neurological disorders or hematological abnormal reactions, necessitating caution. High-dose use can lead to side effects such as peptic ulcer, glucose intolerance damage, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Furthermore, overdose may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, or edema. Long-term use can result in hypercalcemia and kidney stones, so caution is necessary. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics, so be careful. Adhering to the dosage is essential, as it may affect urine test results and can change urine color. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place with low humidity, tightly closed.
