In the case of renal impairment, the dosage should be adjusted based on creatinine clearance, where patients with creatinine clearance of 10 to 30 mL/min receive the appropriate adjustment.
Child dose
Pediatric patients aged 12 years or older or weighing 40 kg or more are administered the same dosage as adults. Pediatric patients with renal impairment are also adjusted similarly.

It also helps to improve urogenital infections like cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis. It is utilized in the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases such as pelvic infections and gonorrhea. This drug effectively treats skin and soft tissue infections, boils and abscesses, wound infections, and is also used for osteomyelitis and dental infections. It is reliable for treating various infections due to its efficacy against a broad range of strains.

How to take

Adult dose

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, anaphylaxis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, shock, severe allergic reactions, high fever with severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, mucosal pain in mouth/eyes, severe skin adverse reactions, asthma attacks, respiratory distress accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice, extreme lethargy, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and very severe reactions.

Mild side effects

Diarrhea, dyspepsia, stomatitis, gastritis, glossitis, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, constipation, colonic pain, hyperacidity, loose stools, dry mouth, acute pancreatitis, candidiasis, colitis, blood in stool, gastrointestinal adverse reactions, elevated AST, ALT, ALP, LDH, hepatitis, cholestatic jaundice, itching, erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, vesicular exfoliative dermatitis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis.
