Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have previously experienced allergic reactions to any of its ingredients. While using this drug, serious allergic reactions such as shock or anaphylaxis may occur rarely, so if symptoms appear, the medication should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment should be sought. Additionally, there may be a decrease in white blood cell or platelet counts, so if such symptoms are suspected, a doctor's consultation is necessary. Liver function abnormalities leading to jaundice or increased liver enzyme levels may occur, making it important to periodically check liver health. If allergic reactions such as skin rashes, hives, or itching occur, use of the drug should also be discontinued. Dizziness, drowsiness, or numbness may occur, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, and stomach aches may occur, and if symptoms are severe, consult with healthcare professionals. Women who are pregnant or could become pregnant should carefully consider the benefits and risks of this medication, and breastfeeding is not recommended while using it. Safety in children, especially in newborns or low-birth-weight infants, has not been sufficiently confirmed, so caution is warranted.
