Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to it or its components or who have had hypersensitivity reactions. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe heart disease, hepatic impairment, or renal impairment should also refrain from taking this medication. Those who have previously shown allergic reactions to certain anti-inflammatory pain relievers or aspirin should avoid this medication as well. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should not take this medication due to the risk of miscarriage or preterm labor caused by the herbal components contained in it. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, cardiovascular disease, liver or kidney issues, bronchial asthma, or those taking mental health medications should use this medication with caution. While taking this medication, symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, swelling, and facial edema may occur, so caution is warranted. Particularly, individuals who consume alcohol frequently should be careful of the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. As there has been no experience with taking this medication alongside other anti-inflammatory pain relievers or corticosteroid preparations, caution is needed when combining them. If any abnormal symptoms related to the heart, gastrointestinal tract, liver, or kidney function occur while taking this medication, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is required. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted to check for abnormalities. Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, so be prepared for emergencies. This medication cannot be used as a substitute for corticosteroid medications or for treating corticosteroid deficiency. Inflammatory symptoms or pain may be masked, potentially delaying the diagnosis of infectious complications, so caution is needed. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs while taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. The constituents of this medication, such as ligusticum and angelica, may cause symptoms like loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting in individuals with weak stomachs, so it is important to consult a professional if these symptoms arise. Rashes may occur due to the Gastrodia elata component, and if a rash develops, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. There has been no study on the interactions of this medication with other drugs, so if you are taking other medications, it is advisable to consult a professional. The safety and effectiveness of this medication have not been established in pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and adolescents, so its use is not recommended for them. Particularly in the elderly, adverse reactions may be more pronounced, so careful monitoring of their condition is necessary. In case of overdose, immediate assessment and treatment by a hospital are required. Keep this medication out of reach of children, and be careful not to transfer it to other containers as it may negatively affect its quality.
