The vitamins contained in this drug, including Vitamin E, B1, B2, B6, and C, help improve physical condition when experiencing bodily fatigue or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during illness or recovery, and in the elderly. Additionally, the vitamins help alleviate pigmentation such as freckles and melasma due to sunlight or skin diseases and prevent bleeding such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds. Zinc is also included to contribute to overall health maintenance. These nutrients are used to enhance vitality and support skin health and bleeding prevention.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 and over: take one tablet once daily.
Precautions
This drug should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this drug or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 12 months should not take this medication. This drug contains lactose, therefore patients with genetic disorders affecting lactose breakdown should not take this drug. It is advisable not to take this medication in conjunction with specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Also, it should not be taken with the medication levodopa. Consultation with a physician or pharmacist may be necessary before taking this drug, especially for individuals currently undergoing other treatments or experiencing issues with oxalic acid, heart or kidney function, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, infants, patients with hypoproteinemia, or those having gout or kidney stones. Additionally, those allergic to the dye Yellow No. 5 included in this drug should exercise caution. If any unusual symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, hypotension, or edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately. There may be a need for caution as menstrual cycles could become more frequent or bleeding may last longer. Women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thromboembolism may have an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of Vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage. Excessive use of Vitamin B12 may result in blood dyscrasias. High-dose administration may increase the risk of peptic ulcers, blood sugar abnormalities, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Signs of overdose include nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure; caution is advised. In particular, caution is required when taking this drug alongside aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after taking the drug for more than one month, consult a healthcare professional. When taking this drug, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage, as it may affect blood sugar measurements in urine tests and may change the urine color. It is also advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Maintaining quality is important, so do not transfer to another container.
