This medicine is primarily used for physical exhaustion, decreasing physical strength during pregnancy, lactation, illness, recovery, growth period, and old age. Vitamin D helps prevent bone and dental development disorders and rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, Beriberi, and alleviating eye fatigue. Vitamin C helps reduce pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases (melasma, freckles) and prevents gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Additionally, zinc plays a crucial role in enhancing immunity and wound healing. These vitamins and minerals contribute to overall stamina improvement and health maintenance.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years and older: take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, those with sarcoidosis, or anyone with kidney disease. Also, individuals allergic to any ingredients in this medication, children under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should avoid it. During treatment, it is advisable not to take this medicine concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients under treatment, children who receive significant sunlight while on a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, preterm infants and infants, those with gastrointestinal disorders, and individuals with cardiac or circulatory dysfunctions, kidney disorders, low-protein blood, and a history of gout or kidney stones must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Pregnant women should be particularly cautious as the components in this medication may be secreted into breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia in newborns. Since this medicine contains dyes, Yellow No. 5 and Yellow No. 4, individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to these substances must use it carefully. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, appetite loss, abdominal distension, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system issues, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, pulmonary edema, etc., occur during use, it is essential to immediately discontinue use and consult an expert. Additionally, there may be side effects such as changes in menstruation, increased bleeding, heightened thromboembolic risk, tolerance development, neurological abnormalities, blood dyscrasias, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, liver damage, and edema, so caution is necessary. When taken with mineralocorticoids or triamterene, there is a risk of hyperkalemia. In case of overdose, one should consult an expert immediately. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is advisable to see a doctor. The prescribed dosage must be strictly followed, and adult supervision is required when administering to children. This medication can affect blood sugar detection during tests, and urine may change color, so this should be noted during examination. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before and after use. For storage, keep in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, and store at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage helps maintain the drug's effectiveness for longer.
