In particular, vitamin D is effective in preventing rickets and is essential for maintaining bone health. Thus, vitamins D and C are widely used to support bodily functions and maintain health.

How to take

Adult dose

Children 8 years and older and adults: take 1 tablet once, twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases.
