This medication helps relieve symptoms such as pain, itching, swelling, and bleeding caused by anal fissures and hemorrhoids. It is used to diminish discomfort when these symptoms are severe and improve the quality of daily life.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For injection into the anal canal: For those aged 15 and over, insert one dose into the anal canal once or twice a day, gently injecting the entire amount through the nozzle. For application to the anal area: For those aged 15 and over, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day. Do not use ointment that has been applied once for injection.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with purulent lesions in the affected area. Patients with a history of allergy to any of the components of this medication should also avoid its use. Caution is required for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant when using this medicine. Patients currently receiving treatment from other doctors should consult before using this medication. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to drugs should use this medication with caution. Those with allergic tendencies in themselves or in their family should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, swelling, irritation, or purulence occur while using this medication, usage should be immediately stopped, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. This medication should not be applied to the eyes, and caution is required as it may occasionally cause blurred vision. This medication should not be used by children under 15 years of age. If bleeding occurs, a healthcare professional should be consulted immediately. Patients taking antihypertensive or antidepressant medications should definitely consult with a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. This medication is for use only in the anal area and must never be used ophthalmically. When injecting into the anal canal, the nozzle should be inserted slowly, and the ointment should be injected slowly before carefully removing it. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
