This medicine is used to supply vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E when physical fatigue is severe, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or during strength decline due to illness or post-illness, as well as during growth and old age. It also helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, and is effective in preventing poor bone development and rickets. This drug is also used to alleviate symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the hands and feet, which can occur due to peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. Therefore, it helps improve overall vitality and symptoms due to various vitamin deficiencies.

Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily, as it may pose a risk of congenital defects to the fetus. Children, especially those under 6 years old, should be kept away from iron-containing products, as overdose can lead to poisoning and death. Individuals with certain conditions such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease), renal disease, and patients allergic to any component of this drug should not take this medication. Infants under 12 months, patients with hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis, kidney stones, severe renal failure, and those with allergies to soybean oil, peanuts, etc. should also avoid this drug. Patients with dyslipidemia due to impaired fat metabolism or diabetic dyslipidemia should use this drug cautiously. There may be interactions with certain medications, so it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Anyone receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, patients with gastrointestinal, heart and kidney diseases, or those with a history of allergies should consult a professional before using this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, neuropathy, liver damage, and an increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis, so caution is advised. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and should be administered to children under adult supervision. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea when taking this medication, as they can affect blood sugar tests or other clinical tests, so consult a professional before and after testing. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, protected from sunlight, and not transferred to other containers.
