The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 included in this product are used to support physical strength and health in various situations. For example, this product helps during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, when strength is depleted during or after illness, and in old age. It also alleviates symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness and coldness in the hands and feet caused by peripheral vascular disorders or menopausal symptoms. Effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, it is also used for the prevention of beriberi. It helps reduce eye fatigue and alleviates symptoms of inflammation around the mouth, eczema, and dermatitis. Thus, it is used to maintain physical strength and improve symptoms in various scenarios.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 8 and older: Take 1 capsule at a time, 2 times a day.

Precautions

This product should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this product or any of its ingredients. Additionally, it should be avoided by babies under 3 months old or individuals allergic to soy oil, soybeans, or peanuts. Do not take this product in conjunction with the medication levodopa. Babies under 1 year, patients under medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with lipid metabolism issues should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this product. This product contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should be cautious. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, or abdominal bloating occurs during use, discontinue taking the product immediately and consult a professional. Also, if menstrual cycles become more frequent or bleeding persists, stop taking it and consult a doctor. If taking contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thromboembolism, be aware that taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thromboembolism. Long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 may result in blood disorders. Additionally, high doses of this product can cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar regulation issues, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is advised. Should overdose occur, or if symptoms do not improve after one month, consult a professional immediately. This product should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administered to children, supervision by a guardian is required. The urine may appear yellow during use, which can affect clinical tests. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages if necessary. This product should be stored out of reach of children in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Moreover, to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and ensure it is not misused.
