Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used for the management of acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
Children over 12 years and adults: The dosage should be adjusted according to the level of pain and therapeutic response. An initial dose of 4 tablets is recommended, after which the dosage interval should be at least 6 hours, but should not exceed 16 tablets per day. The lowest effective dose should be administered for the shortest duration possible. This medication should not be taken longer than necessary, and if long-term administration is required due to the disease's nature and severity, regular monitoring should be conducted to assess the ongoing need for this medication.

This medication must be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals with poor liver health or those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day. This medication can rarely cause severe skin rashes or allergic reactions; if any skin abnormalities occur, stop taking the medication immediately and inform healthcare professionals. One of the ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of seizures; therefore, patients with a history of seizures or who are at high risk of seizures should use it with caution. For patients with severe respiratory diseases, this medication can inhibit breathing; it is safe to administer in a well-equipped healthcare setting. Taking this medication along with alcohol or central nervous system suppressants may cause severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma, so it should be avoided or used under strict medical supervision. Children, especially those under 12 years of age or adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy, should not be given this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult with a doctor before taking this medication, with special caution required during breastfeeding. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so care should be taken when driving or operating machinery. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and avoid taking it in conjunction with other pain relievers. Abruptly stopping this medication may lead to withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, and tremors, so it is safe to taper off under the guidance of a physician. If any adverse reactions occur while taking this medication, notify healthcare professionals immediately.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, severe skin adverse reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, liver abnormalities (hepatitis, cirrhosis)

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, preferably at room temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. This helps maintain the medication's effectiveness and prevents deterioration.
