Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medicine is used to relieve acute and chronic pain from moderate to severe.
Children over 12 years and adults: it is recommended to start with an initial dose of 4 tablets, with subsequent doses given at intervals of at least 6 hours, and not to exceed 16 tablets in a day. Administer the effective minimum dosage for as brief a period as possible. Elderly: administer the usual adult dosage, but for those over 75 years, doses should be spaced at least 6 hours apart. Renal failure patients: moderate renal failure patients should extend dosing intervals to 12 hours.
Children over 12 years and adults: it is recommended to start with a dosage of 4 tablets, with subsequent doses given at intervals of at least 6 hours, without exceeding 16 tablets in a day. The effective minimum dosage should be given for as short a period as possible.
This drug may burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If a rash or allergic reaction appears during the intake of this drug, discontinue immediately and consult medical personnel. The components of this drug may induce seizures, so patients with a seizure history or at high risk for seizures should use it cautiously. Severe bronchial asthma patients may experience difficulty breathing when taking this drug, so it must be taken in a medically supervised environment. Taking this drug with alcohol or central nervous system depressants can result in severe drowsiness or respiratory distress, therefore co-administration should be avoided. Patients with head injuries or brain diseases should be cautious as this drug may increase intracranial pressure. This medication can cause mental and physical dependence; therefore, the potential for dependence should be periodically evaluated when taken for prolonged periods. Patients with compromised liver or kidney function should consult a physician before use, and dosage adjustments may be necessary. Children under 12 years of age and adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy should not take this medication. Be cautious as drowsiness or dizziness may occur while driving or operating machinery. Overdose of this medication can result in severe respiratory depression or liver damage, so adhere to the prescribed dosage and contact the hospital immediately if overdose occurs. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult medical personnel before taking this medication, particularly during breastfeeding as it may pass to the baby through breast milk and pose risks. This medication can interact with other drugs, so it is important to inform medical staff of all medications being taken, particularly when co-administering with antidepressants, antibiotics, or anticonvulsants, as caution is required.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/eye mucosa, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough + fever, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), generalized lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, altered consciousness, vision changes, paralysis, urinary retention.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress, and kept in a cool place at room temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. Proper storage helps maintain the drug's efficacy for an extended period.
