Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication is used only in artificial kidney dialysis machines that have specified dilution concentrations and rinsing times for washing with citrate. Dosage, dilution concentrations, and rinsing times are according to the manual of the artificial kidney dialysis machine. After dialysis treatment, disinfection should be performed after rinsing for at least 10 minutes.

Precautions

This medication must never be administered directly to the human body. Patients sensitive to the ingredients of this medication should not use it while using an artificial kidney dialysis machine. This medication should only be used according to the prescribed dosage and administration. If inhaled, fresh air should be breathed, and if necessary, the nose, mouth, and throat should be rinsed thoroughly with water. Contact with skin may cause irritation, so if it comes into contact with skin, contaminated clothing should be removed and the skin should be washed with plenty of water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, it can irritate them, so the eyes should be rinsed immediately with water for 10 to 15 minutes while keeping them wide open, and follow the doctor's instructions. Taking this medication may cause soreness in the mouth and throat or stomach pain, so it is advisable to rinse the mouth with water and drink two glasses of water or milk after administration. Inducing vomiting should be avoided, and directions from a physician should be followed.
