Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with specific bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections, as it may exacerbate symptoms. Also, individuals with allergies or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication or its components should avoid its use. It is advisable not to use it if there are perforations in the eardrum, severe burns, ulcers, perioral dermatitis, acne vulgaris, or rosacea. Patients allergic to aminoglycoside antibiotics must consult healthcare professionals before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children, and individuals allergic to propylene glycol should consult a specialist before use. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, redness, swelling, or irritation occur while using this medication, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Prolonged use may result in side effects such as skin thinning, pigmentation changes, and acne-like eruptions, so caution is necessary. Long-term use over large areas or with occlusive dressings may lead to systemic side effects, requiring regular check-ups. Particularly in children, hormonal suppression or growth disorders can occur, so it should be used cautiously at the minimum effective dosage. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid prolonged or extensive use of this medication and carefully weigh the risks and benefits if necessary. This medication should not be applied around the eyes due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma. The use of occlusive dressings increases the risk of bacterial infections, so they should always be used according to a doctor's direction, and should not be used for cosmetic purposes or after shaving. Keep out of reach of children, and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or degradation of quality.
