Vitamins B2, B6, and C are very important when feeling physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, as well as during illnesses or after recovery when physical strength decreases. Additionally, these vitamins help alleviate inflammation related to the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Therefore, supplementation of vitamins B2, B6, and C is effective in maintaining physical health and improving symptoms in these situations.
