Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day; it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication contains acetaminophen, and taking it with other acetaminophen products can exceed the maximum daily dose and cause liver damage, so caution is advised. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or have hypersensitivity to any specific ingredients, and those with a history of asthma symptoms should not take this medication. If symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, or severe rash on the skin or mucous membranes along with high fever occur during the treatment, stop taking the medication immediately and consult healthcare personnel. Caution is needed if taken with certain medications or alcohol, as they may affect acetaminophen metabolism and increase the risk of side effects. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function, those with a history of allergies, and those sensitive to the pigments contained in this medication should use it with caution. If hypersensitivity reactions such as hives, rashes, or changes in urine color occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor, and also monitor for signs of liver dysfunction or gastrointestinal disturbances. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take this medication when its benefits outweigh the risks. Caution is needed when taken with alcohol or central nervous system depressants, as interactions may cause side effects.
