Therefore, vitamin D and calcium play a crucial role in improving bone health and preventing deficiencies.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Furthermore, individuals allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take it. This medication contains lactose, and should not be used by patients with lactose intolerance or hereditary lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption disorder. While taking this medication, it should not be combined with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Infants under the age of 1 year, patients receiving medical treatment, children who receive a lot of sunlight, pregnant or lactating women, premature babies, and infants should consult a professional before use. Caution is also required for patients with heart or circulatory system diseases, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, and individuals with a history of kidney stones. This medication contains Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this colorant should use it with caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Overdosage can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and other side effects. Long-term use may lead to increased blood calcium levels or stone formation, so care should be taken. In particular, caution is advised if taken simultaneously with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as this may increase potassium levels in the blood. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision is required when administered to children. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. When storing, keep it out of children's reach, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place sealed tightly.
