Precautions

This medication can pose a risk of liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, and it is necessary to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The medicine contains acetaminophen, so caution should be exercised to avoid exceeding the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg when taking other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to clonazone or acetaminophen, or those who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, redness, itching, or swelling after taking this medication should avoid using it. Additionally, those who have had asthma symptoms following the use of this medication or other cold medications, or antipyretics, should refrain from taking it. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with hereditary problems such as lactose intolerance or galactose intolerance should avoid using it. If symptoms such as rash, swelling, chest tightness, pale skin, cold sweat, or shortness of breath occur during use, cease taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Furthermore, if severe symptoms such as skin rash or blisters occur along with high fever or asthma symptoms, immediate professional assistance should be sought. Caution is also needed when taking this medication with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol, as this may slow the breakdown of acetaminophen, putting additional stress on the liver. Individuals with serious liver or kidney disease, or a history of allergies, should use this medication cautiously. If allergic symptoms such as rash, redness, or itching occur while taking this medication, cease use immediately, as rare serious reactions such as skin bleeding, urine discoloration, severe swelling, or anaphylaxis may occur. If symptoms indicating impaired liver function develop, the use of this medication should be discontinued, as gastrointestinal disturbances, gastrointestinal bleeding, drowsiness, dizziness, and headache may occur. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should only use this medication when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been established. Care should be taken when using this medication simultaneously with alcohol or central nervous system depressants, as interactions may exacerbate side effects. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a sealed container away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry place to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
