In particular, vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) is effective in alleviating inflammation of the lips and the surrounding areas, tongue inflammation, as well as symptoms of skin eczema or dermatitis. Additionally, zinc is an essential mineral for various enzymatic functions in the body, aiding in immune function enhancement and wound healing. Therefore, this medication is used for nutritional supplementation as well as improving skin health and immunity.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to any of its components. Especially, it is not safe for infants under 12 months to use this medication. Certain medications like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa should not be taken simultaneously with this medication. During use, if symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes or redness, nausea, vomiting, dermatitis, unpleasant odors during sweating or breathing, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disorders, digestive disorders, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, lung edema occur, you should immediately stop taking this medication and consult a physician or pharmacist. Also, if there are changes in menstrual cycles or prolonged bleeding, consult an expert. Caution should be taken when using vitamin E while taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or if there is a risk of thrombotic diseases as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and high-dose pyridoxine can result in neurological symptoms. In cases of folic acid deficiency, taking vitamin B12 over a certain dose may lead to hematological abnormalities. High-dose administration can worsen peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, lead to hyperuricemia, or cause liver damage. Overdosing may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, thus caution is advised. In particular, caution is needed when taking with antialdosterone agents or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia.
