This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients, or who have previously experienced such reactions. It is also advised that women who are pregnant, potentially pregnant, or breastfeeding should not use this medication. Additionally, this medication should not be used by children. If a rash or allergic reaction occurs while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Similarly, if the skin becomes excessively irritated or symptoms worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms such as hives, red patches, itching, inflammation, peeling skin, scab formation, pigmentation changes, sharp pain, or burning sensation occur, stop using the medication immediately. Unless directed by a doctor, it is advisable not to cover the applied area with an airtight bandage or occlusive dressing. If this medication proves ineffective, a professional examination is necessary for an accurate diagnosis of fungal infection, and other antifungal treatments may be required accordingly. In cases where Candida infection is suspected, it is best to avoid using acidic soaps. When applying to intact skin, the risk of systemic absorption is low. However, care should be taken when applying to areas with wounds, large affected areas, or in infants due to the potential for systemic effects. If ingested accidentally, immediate treatment with activated charcoal is necessary to eliminate the active ingredient and symptomatic treatment may be required as necessary. This medication is intended for skin use only and should not be applied to the mouth, eyes, or other areas. If contact with the eyes occurs, it may cause irritation and, in rare cases, exacerbate infection; therefore, it should be thoroughly rinsed with plenty of water immediately. It is also not advisable to use this product on nails, the scalp, around the mouth, or the vaginal area. Animal studies have shown that this medication may cause skin irritation from light exposure, so caution is advised during use. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and it is recommended to keep it tightly closed in its original container. Transferring it to another container may decrease the quality of the medication or increase the risk of misuse.
