Therefore, this medication helps maintain overall health and alleviate specific symptoms.

Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A can pose a risk of congenital anomalies. The iron content in this medication can lead to fatal poisoning if overdosed by children under six years old, so it must be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal diseases, or allergies to the ingredients in this medication should not use it. Infants under 12 months, patients with Wilson's disease, those with iron metabolic disorders, patients with kidney stones, those with severe renal failure, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, joint swelling, gastrointestinal discomfort, rashes, low blood pressure, arrhythmias, hives, seizures, or coma occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, menstrual changes, increased risk of thrombosis, tolerance occurrence, neuropathy symptoms, blood abnormalities, hepatic damage, and increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis may occur, so caution is advised. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly observed, and supervision by guardians is necessary when children consume this medication. Vitamin A can be sufficiently ingested through a regular diet, so supplementary doses should be adjusted to not exceed 5,000 IU per day. During treatment, it may affect urine test results, and it is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should monitor blood lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly, being cautious when using alongside other lipid-injectable medications.
