How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or in between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by newborns, nursing mothers, pregnant women, or women who may become pregnant because the ingredients may increase the risk of premature birth or miscarriage. Additionally, individuals with a genetic condition that leads to insufficient enzyme activity to break down lactose, or who have difficulty digesting lactose should not take this medicine. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema, as well as elderly individuals, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Especially, those with weak stomachs, lack of appetite, and symptoms like nausea or vomiting should consult a professional before taking it. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or hands and feet, increased blood pressure, headaches, muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Furthermore, if digestive symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea worsen or do not improve after several days, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. It is important not to take this medication for an extended period, and if prolonged use is unavoidable, it should be discussed with a professional. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and caution should be practiced when taking it with other medications containing potassium or gancao due to the increased risk of side effects.
