This medicine helps supply vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C necessary during periods of physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, during illness or recovery, as well as during growth and old age. It also alleviates dry eyes and night blindness, supports healthy growth of bones and teeth, and prevents rickets. It aids in the improvement of inflammatory symptoms of the lips and mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. It is used to promote overall health improvement and recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 capsule once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken in doses exceeding 5,000 IU by women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant due to the risk of congenital malformations from excess vitamin A. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, are at serious risk of poisoning if they overdose on this medication, so it must be kept out of the reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, allergies to any components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, Wilson's disease, iron metabolism disorders, or kidney stones should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, phosphate, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa should not be administered concurrently. Infants under 1 year, individuals receiving medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, or abdominal pain occur during the use of this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Women taking vitamin E while using oral contraceptives should exercise caution as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and must be supervised by a guardian, especially for children. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea and black tea before and after taking this medication, and it may affect the results of blood sugar tests or urine tests. For storage, it should be kept in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and should not be transferred to another container.
