This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, and hemorrhoids that may accompany constipation.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older and adults: Take 1-2 tablets once, twice a day on an empty stomach in the morning and evening (before meals or between meals). The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours. For the first dose, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals suffering from acute abdominal diseases, for example, appendicitis, intestinal bleeding, or ulcerative colitis. It should also not be taken by those with intestinal obstruction. During treatment, do not take antacids or consume milk within 1 hour of taking this medication. Individuals experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, pregnant women or those possibly pregnant, individuals with kidney function issues, those taking other medications, and individuals with a history of rectal bleeding or intestinal failure should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If a rash, redness, or itching appears on the skin, or if there are symptoms of severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If abdominal discomfort or cramps occur, or if constipation does not improve after more than a week of use, the use of this medication should be discontinued, and advice should be sought. The prescribed usage and dosage must be strictly followed, and prolonged use can cause tolerance to the medication, worsening constipation; therefore, it should not be taken for more than a week. If daily laxatives are needed, it is important to accurately identify the cause of the constipation. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is also best not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
