Therefore, it is a medication that aids in managing hypertension and related kidney complications.

How to take

Adult dose

Hypertensive adults: Recommended oral administration of Losartan Potassium as 50 mg once daily. If therapeutic effect is insufficient, it may be divided into two doses per day or increased to a maximum of 100 mg once daily. In patients with hypertension and kidney disease due to type 2 diabetes: Usually 50 mg once daily, may be increased to 100 mg once daily depending on blood pressure.
