Vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 are supplied as nutrients necessary for physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, reduced strength during and after illness, and old age. They also help alleviate pain symptoms such as neuritis, muscle pain, and joint pain (e.g., back pain, shoulder stiffness). These vitamins improve fatigue from beriberi and eye strain, and are effective in relieving shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness of hands and feet, and coldness of hands and feet during menopause. These vitamins are used to support overall bodily functions and to improve symptoms.
