Vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C are important to supplement during times when the body has high nutritional needs, such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, recovery from illness, growth periods, and old age. Iron is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, enhancing blood health. Zinc contributes to overall health maintenance by strengthening body immunity and aiding wound healing. These nutrients contribute to physical improvement and health enhancement according to individual needs.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if they consume more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily. This is to reduce the risk of congenital malformations. Keep this medication out of reach of children, especially those under 6 years old, as overdose of iron can lead to serious poisoning symptoms. People with certain conditions such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemosiderosis, severe renal failure, etc., should avoid taking this medication. Additionally, those allergic to this medication or its ingredients, as well as infants under 12 months, should also avoid it. During use of this medication, it is advisable not to take it with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, levodopa, etc. These may interact with this medication, potentially leading to side effects or reduced effectiveness. Infants under one year of age, patients undergoing treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, those with a history of kidney stones, pregnant and lactating women, and individuals with gastrointestinal, heart, and liver conditions should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, breathing difficulties, irregular heartbeat, abdominal pain, etc., occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Also, be cautious of menstrual changes, increased bleeding, or increased risk of thrombosis. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision by a guardian is required when administered to children. Since vitamin A can be sufficiently obtained from diet, care should be taken to avoid overdose. During use, it is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, as they may affect urine test results; please keep this in mind. When storing, keep this medication in a cool and dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and keep it in the original container. Avoid transferring it to another container as it may alter the quality.
