The vitamins E and B complex (Vitamin B1, B2, B6) included in this medication are effective for physical fatigue, maintaining health during pregnancy and lactation, as well as fatigue during and after illnesses and in older age. They also help to relieve pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are used to alleviate symptoms of inflammation around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. They contribute to the treatment of eczema and dermatitis for skin health, and are also effective in relieving fatigue of the eyes and symptoms related to peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopause, such as shoulder stiffness, numbness of the limbs, and coldness of the hands and feet. Lastly, it is also used to alleviate muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used for the improvement of various symptoms and promotion of health.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to specific ingredients or have previously exhibited hypersensitivity. In particular, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months, patients with severe renal failure, or those with allergies to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or drugs like levodopa. Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal discomfort, constipation, erythema (redness), rashes, red spots, menstruation may become earlier or heavier, prolonged bleeding may occur, sensory neuropathy or neuropsychiatric symptoms, hyperuricemia, liver damage, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema, hyperkalemia.

Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Additionally, if used in conjunction with oral contraceptives containing estrogen, anti-aldosterone agents, triamterene, or injectable lipid products, consultation with a physician or pharmacist is advised.
