In particular, Vitamin C helps to alleviate pigmentation such as melasma and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases, and prevents bleeding such as gum bleeding and nosebleeds. How to take
Adult dose
For children 8 years and older and adults: take 1 packet once, twice a day.
Child dose
