Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with various skin infections such as bacterial, fungal, or viral infections, as symptoms may worsen. Individuals with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to this medication or its ingredients should not use it. Patients with otitis externa with a perforated eardrum should avoid using this medication, as it may delay wound healing. Patients with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite should avoid using this medication, as it may interfere with skin regeneration and delay healing. Patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea should not use this medication. Patients with hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics or bacitracin should exercise caution, as allergic reactions may occur when using this medication. Patients allergic to propylene glycol should use this medication with caution. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, as well as children and minors, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If unusual symptoms appear on the skin, such as signs of infection, irritation, redness, itching, rash, skin dryness, or changes in pigmentation, stop using the medication immediately and consult a professional. Prolonged or extensive use may cause side effects such as skin atrophy, vasodilation, and acne; if symptoms occur, gradually reduce the dosage and switch to other treatments. This medication contains corticosteroids, which can have systemic effects when used long-term or over large areas, so regular check-ups may be necessary. If symptoms do not improve or worsen while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a professional. Overuse or prolonged use may cause systemic side effects such as adrenal insufficiency and Cushing's syndrome, so caution is advised. Especially in children, the absorption of the medication relative to body surface area is high, increasing the risk of side effects, so the minimum effective dose should be used. The occlusive dressing method (covering the medication) may increase the risk of infection and drug absorption, resulting in side effects, and should not be used without a doctor's direction. This medication may pose a risk of glaucoma or cataracts if used around the eyes, so care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, and it should not be used for ophthalmic purposes. Do not use it for cosmetic purposes or after shaving, and keep it out of reach of children. Store in the original container, as transferring to another container may result in misuse or degradation of quality, so please exercise caution.
