This medicine provides vitamin E needed in old age to help maintain health. It improves muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency, supporting muscle health. By helping to improve various symptoms, it enhances the overall quality of life.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, it should be avoided by infants under 12 months of age, patients with severely impaired kidney function, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. It is important not to take this medication in combination with drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, or antacids during treatment. Women who are receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, patients with heart or circulatory problems, patients with kidney disorders, patients with low protein levels, and those with abnormal fat metabolism should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or red spots, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system function deterioration occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a professional should be consulted. Moreover, women taking oral contraceptives or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the risk of thrombosis may increase in cases of menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding. Excessive intake may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is warranted; there is also a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and avoid consuming tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages as needed. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
