Additionally, they relieve peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the hands and feet. They also reduce pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases, including melasma and freckles. Lastly, they help prevent gum bleeding and nosebleeds. This medication is used to improve these various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 capsule once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women in the first three months of pregnancy or who may become pregnant, as excessive intake of vitamin A can pose a risk of congenital malformations to the fetus.
