They are also effective in alleviating pigmentation (melasma, freckles) caused by sunlight or skin diseases, and in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Thus, they help improve overall physical strength, skin health, and prevent bleeding.
How to take
Adult dose
Take 1 packet twice a day.
Child dose
Take 1 packet twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by anyone allergic to this medication or its components. It should not be used in babies under 3 months of age. It is advisable for individuals who have had asthma or severe allergic reactions to avoid taking Royal Jelly.
