Dosage

As clonixin lysinate, take 125 to 250 mg orally three times a day.

Precautions

Interactions

Do not take this medication concurrently with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists, aspirin, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, anticoagulants of the coumarin class (such as warfarin), cyclosporine and tacrolimus, antiplatelet agents and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), corticosteroids. In cases where misoprostol or similar agents are used for the treatment of peptic ulcers, consult a doctor or specialist.
