The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E contained in this medication help with physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness fatigue, and also support elderly individuals. Furthermore, it is effective in alleviating symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis, and is effective in improving pigmentation (such as melasma and freckles) caused by sunlight or skin diseases. These vitamins also help prevent gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Zinc is also provided to support health. Therefore, these vitamins and zinc are used to improve overall health and skin condition.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: take 1 tablet after meals once a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months old should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa together. If currently receiving other treatments or have specific conditions such as hyperoxaluria, heart or circulatory system dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children are required to consult a professional before taking this medication. This medication contains Tartrazine (Yellow No. 4), so those allergic or sensitive to this ingredient should exercise caution. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, or reddening occurs while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Also, any changes such as a rapidly occurring menstrual cycle or prolonged bleeding should be immediately discussed with a professional. Women on oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as vitamin E can increase the risk of thrombosis. Prolonged high-dose use can lead to tolerance, especially doses of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) exceeding 500 mg to 2 g daily may cause neurological abnormalities. Individuals deficient in folic acid should be careful as taking high doses of vitamin B12 may lead to abnormal blood reactions. High-dose use can cause side effects such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar regulation issues, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc. Excessive consumption may lead to nausea, vomiting, swelling, and congestive heart failure, so caution is warranted. Coining with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene can risk higher serum potassium levels, necessitating caution. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and use, as this can impact blood sugar testing in urine. This medication can cause urine to turn yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is best to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or before and after taking this medication. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry, and airtight container. Additionally, it is essential to avoid transferring to different containers to maintain quality.
