It is effective in alleviating these symptoms and improving overall neurological stability and sleep. It is particularly useful for addressing symptoms of nocturia and enuresis in children. Therefore, it is used by those experiencing nervous irritability, fatigue, and sleep disturbances.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults take 3.0 grams per dose (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

Ages 7-14: 2.0 grams per dose (2/3 of adult dosage) Ages 4-6: 1.5 grams per dose (1/2 of adult dosage) Ages 2-3: 1.0 gram per dose (1/3 of adult dosage) Under 1 year: 0.75 grams per dose (adult dosage)

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months old, nor should it be administered to individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose breakdown. It is generally advised not to take this medication for extended periods, and if unavoidable, consult a professional before doing so. You must adhere to the prescribed dosage and dosage regimen strictly, and caution should be exercised when taking it concurrently with other medications containing potassium or licorice as it may lead to hypokalemia or myopathy. When taking it along with other herbal medicines, you must ensure there are no overlapping ingredients, and it should be administered to children under the guidance of a guardian. This medication should be stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place, and kept out of reach of children.
