Dosage

Precautions

If the blood concentration becomes too high, serious side effects like seizures or rapid heart rate may occur. This drug should be used with special caution in patients with heart disease. When using glass ampoule injections, care must be taken to cut them carefully to avoid glass fragments, especially when used in children or the elderly. Patients who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have experienced severe side effects from xanthine derivatives, should not use it. It is safe to avoid administering this drug to patients with stomach or duodenal ulcers, porphyria, caffeine or theobromine hypersensitivity, acute tachyarrhythmias, or myocardial infarction. This medication can cause various side effects such as headache, insomnia, anxiety, dizziness, palpitations, nausea, and vomiting, and rarely may lead to muscle damage or liver dysfunction. Cessation of smoking may increase the blood concentration of this medication, so caution is advised.
