Dosage

As amitriptyline hydrochloride, administer 30-75 mg per day divided into 2-3 doses orally, and gradually increase to 150 mg daily if necessary. Rarely, it may be increased to 300 mg daily. For enuresis, administer 10-30 mg before bedtime. Adjust according to age and symptoms.

Precautions
