(Concern) My heel pain has worsened. Is it a symptom of plantar fasciitis?

Since I started exercising, I try to walk properly on the treadmill at a brisk pace with the maximum incline, aiming for 10,000 steps. However, at some point, I began to feel pain in my heels when I wake up and take my first step, and even when I sit on the sofa and then step down for the first time, I experience pain.

Is this a symptom of plantar fasciitis?

When I actually walk 10,000 steps or start exercising on the treadmill, I don't feel any pain and think it's okay, but when I rest or wake up, the pain keeps coming back. They say I shouldn't leave plantar fasciitis untreated, so I'm worried. I think I should prevent it before it gets worse. I usually wear comfortable sneakers with cushioning for exercise.

Please recommend any prevention or treatment methods if you have any suggestions.

    요건 신발도 중요하지만, 병원 진료부터 받아보는게 좋을 것 같아요
    특히 걸음걸이나 신발, 부딪힘 등 다양한 원인으로 증상이 나타나더라고요

      그런 것 같아요 안 그래도 병원에 다녀왔답니다 침 맞고 치료 받고 왔어요 당분간은 조금씩 무리하지 않고 치료 받아야 될 것 같아요

      맞아요 제가 짝다리를 짚어서 체중이 자꾸 한쪽으로 쏠려서 그렇다고 하더라고요
