A highly personal traditional Korean medicine diet review
This is a highly personal review of traditional Korean medicine dieting.
Since there are clear individual differences~ I am writing this to help those who might be thinking about it, just in case haha
First of all, dieting is 100% your own will.
Appetite control with medication is possible, but I believe that only by combining diet and exercise can you definitely lose weight effectively.
Recently, my friend became a completely different person through traditional Korean medicine dieting~
My friend did it alongside acupuncture, and I only did breathing exercises and diet control, but...
Your stomach has become completely flat, hasn't it?
According to my friend, they really didn't do any exercise at all. (My friend who absolutely hates working out)
So I also got tempted and went to the place where my friend paid, and I made a payment too, hahaha.
But what happened to me??
Yes..............................nothing has changed at all, haha. I haven't lost any belly fat either;; wasted moneyㅠㅠ
I was following my usual routine. I didn't strictly control my diet, but I did all the effort I could.
I walk 10,000 steps every day and also ride the indoor bicycle for 30 minutes, increasing my exercise.
But I think we didn't get along! And I wasn't desperate.
I just decided to live my life as it naturally unfolds~ That's how I felt, haha.
If you have the willpower, you can succeed in dieting without the help of Western medicine or traditional Korean medicine~
Would just doing this be effective? Would it help? If that's the kind of thinking...
I want to tell you not to do it, haha.
Because I am not desperate. It has no effect at all~~~!! Of course, this is just my personal opinion!!
And all medications... have side effects. There's no way they don't~
