[My Personal Healthy Meal] Aronia and Plain Yogurt

I mix aronia powder, known as a superfood rich in antioxidants and good for the eyes, with gotu kola powder, which is beneficial for brain health, into plain yogurt and eat it once a day (these days, delicious strawberries, seasonal fruits, are used as a substitute for vitamin intake).

During the dry season, I used to struggle with dry eye syndrome, but in the past 2 to 3 years, I haven't had any problems with dry eye syndrome.

Perhaps because it was dried and ground into powder, I didn't feel the bitter taste, so it was easy to eat.

    요거트에 아로니아와 초석잠을 넣어서 드시는군요~
    초석잠 효능 많다고 들었는데 가루로 먹으면 더 간편할 거 같아요
