In the past, I used to eat boiled eggs with salt, but about a year ago, I started eating them with turmeric powder.
I take turmeric powder daily along with boiled eggs because of its anti-inflammatory effects.
And eggs are said to be healthier when boiled rather than fried because they contain less oil... haha
Since it's morning, I warm the milk slightly and drink it warm...^^
They say that milk absorbs protein into the body the best... haha
