(Helpful Tip) Knee pain~

It has been six years since I started working at my job.

After standing and working for a long time, it has been about four years.

It seems that it gradually affected my knees as well.

 

It was a very busy day..

I finished my shift, went home, slept well, and woke up.

My knee suddenly started hurting..

Because I was a little sick after working busy every time

They said they just brushed it off, thinking it would be okay and pass.

 

And when starting work, I sit down and then get up.

I'm trying to bend my knee, but I'm experiencing pain.

The pain that started then gradually increased little by little.

It is becoming increasingly uncomfortable in daily life and especially at the workplace.

It was so painful that I couldn't even bear it.

 

At first, I went to the orthopedic department for treatment.

There are no particular issues with the bones on the X-ray.

I received physical therapy and an IV drip to relieve the pain.

Even after taking the prescribed medication, I didn't feel any improvement.

 

It was very difficult because I was sick for more than a month.

Missing the bus right in front of you and also the crosswalk

Since I couldn't walk quickly, I even felt a sense of shame.

I couldn't manage it, so I went to the pain clinic recommended by a friend.

I have become a store.

 

I had my first injection called an anti-inflammatory shot there.

It was like a bone injection that elderly people usually talk about.

When I cautiously asked if it was a steroid injection

They said that's correct.

I was in so much pain that I had no choice but to get the injection.

It was really amazing how, about 2 to 3 days after getting the shot,

I heard the pain has improved a lot.

So, I will visit the hospital again in a week for another check-up.

When I asked if it was possible, the teacher said no;;

It's called Haseedra.

 

Inflammation injections reduce inflammation through steroid medication.

Quickly reduce pain and provide immediate pain relief

The more you share, the stronger the dependency becomes and the risk of resistance development increases.

They say it's on the higher side.

 

Since then, actually, I tend to gain weight quite a bit.

After all, the knee is most likely to be affected.

There was none.

Started dieting a year ago and lost more than 10 kilograms

I did it^^ and I also managed to walk 10,000 steps on the days I could.

At first, even walking ten thousand steps was too difficult for me~

Now, I feel like I haven't eaten if I don't walk 10,000 steps.

Since losing weight, I have been occasionally going hiking lately~

 

My top tip is that really losing weight helps with knee pain.

The most important thing!!!! I think it's really important^^

These days, whether it's walking healthily or not, both body and mind are...

I think I am becoming healthier~
